Chekup EMR Design
In redesigning the concept of a user-centered EMR in today’s world, it’s important to consider the various mediums by which patients and providers would interact with this data. Access to digital information is no longer limited to the computer screen. With the explosive growth of mobile usage, patients should be able to access their health records on the go. At the same time, providers need access to physical copies of the data in most clinical settings. Designing with these use cases in mind, we advocate for an adaptive, customizable layout of the EMR consisting of modular components.
