This design allows multiple forms of interaction across a patient’s data. From quick scanning to in-depth temporal exploration, both patients and physicians can gain a greater context for understanding events in a patient’s history. The ability to view the ‘what’ along with the ‘when’ and filter health record items for comparison promotes awareness beyond isolated health complications. A patient’s health is a lifelong evolution, this design is an attempt to surface those changes in a health record.
