This redesign simply divides the patients categories into a much more visual experience. With each category clearly labeled with a simple icon to be quickly identified by a patient or physician. The clean blue color scheme helps it read as a medical document and not add to confusion with dozens of colors, with only hints of red for frequently looked/important info (a well known color for any individual to identify importance).
