An interactive 'scroll' approach to the electronic medical record. Patient data are visualized as drillable line items on the left, and linked to contextual education materials on the right. When printed, all line items would expand to show the patient's complete record (right-hand text would be omitted from print-outs).

Also included is a more visual approach to lab results: using color to code for normal and abnormal values, showing trends, contextual information, and reference ranges for each lab result, and a quick summary of abnormal and normal results at the top of each report.
