Clinfometrics CCD Care Summary
This design presents CCD information in a manner that eases and improves interpretation. We first present a care summary and follow with the entire detail of CCD data elements. The attached pdf reviews the organization and intent of our design.

Recent news talking about how changing blister packs may help patients improve medication compliance. Note the similarity (although independently developed) between our CCD presentation and the improved blister pack.
