The White Pond Design team noted that effective patient health care requires collaboration between patients and their physicians. To support this collaboration, we have created an interaction design that provides both patient and physician views into the health information captured in the Patient Health Record. The White Pond Design team also noted that the health of patients is dependent on both the effective treatment of problems over time and proactive preventative measures applied over time. Our interaction design leverages the value in being able to observe and interact with patient data over time.
