A nice, clean redesign of the patient medical record. It was created while keeping typical use cases by the patient and doctor in mind and showing frequently needed fields in prominent locations.

A Quick Glance side-column gives increased visibility to important attributes of the patient such as Allergies and Medications. Color coded sections provide ways to quickly glance at the page and get information, but also contains text to provide details and descriptions on further examination.

Speed and quick access of key information was top priority in the design.
