EMR Redesign for Patients
The Patient Record has been refreshed now! Patient is able to understand her health status from single pager. It is a breakthrough that non-professional user [ordinary patient] can get answers and know what to do without consulting any MD. We’ve applied our extensive research in better EMR/EHR for professional users, Big Data, new opportunities with touch interfaces and mobilization of healthcare industry to propose elegant and easy concept. We hope there could be quick usability testing and the concept can get more polished and more efficient. Thank you for the opportunity to express our ideas for patient record redesign.

Visualization of the vertical timeline looks very smart! Actually the whole page is very attractive: readable and consistent.

Curious thing is a combination of EMR Redesign for Medical Patients and Professionals concepts into a one Solution.
Acting as an acting link between the doctor, patient, and it's condition this system can dramatically improve communication speed and quality, bringing healthcare to the next quality level. Serious security risks of private data sharing has to be mitigated however.

I like the idea of grouping and color coding. Helps to keep it clean and informative.
Also, I find the way lab results is represented pretty usable.

Timeline is an interesting concept to represent the health state and call for actions. Nowadays many interactions are designed as a flexible timeline. Depending on the content volumes, you see wide or narrow time frame, as timeline scales in or scales out.
