This medical record has been designed to be quickly readable when a doctor picks it up. Each type of entry in the record is both color coded as well as having an associated icon. When a doctor goes through the record, they quickly can see what is a medication and what are lab results. The medical record is also designed to be sortable by date (newest to oldest), date (oldest to newest), and by category. The one category that does not fit into that sorting is allergies because there is no associated date. The allergies is on the top of the page right under the patient information so that it is always prominent.
