A simple yet elegant design. There is something for everyone. The 75 year old diabetic patient who visits the clinic multiple times a month to the 22 year old who just graduated college and has not stepped foot in the doctor's office in years. The first thing you notice, allergies and date of birth that are in an easily accessible location to promote patient safety from the first view. Then your eye travels down to the patient information that is easily understood by anyone. Next you look at the health history, which provides a "timeline" of the patient's health in chronological order, with emphasis drawn to more important events. After this your eyes travel over to the lab section, which provides results for the clinician and "what it means" for the patient. Once again the viewer is reminded of the patient's allergies. Finally they view "the next steps" or the take away message from the visit for the patient to refer to after the visit. At the bottom of the page, the viewer is reminded again of the patients date of birth, and space is left for other important information that is felt to be important to the organization.
