I designed the first three pages using the information from the first sample record given at http://blue-button.github.com/challenge/ and, using the "Lab Results" from the second sample record, I created the final page. It is a fairly simple design keeping in mind the goal to make the information much easier to interpret and to make the more important data stand out.
