This redesign was created with the end-user in mind. The first page consists of things that the patient and/or caregiver should know immediately. The second page is a continuation of the first, if necessary (depending on the number of medication, allergies...etc.), and the history of procedures and the like. The third and final page is of the Lab Results. It's color-coded so that patient's numbers as well as "in-range" number will jump out at you; the results and what they mean to you is an eye catcher also. This design of the medical record will definitely make it easier for anyone (from caregivers, to soccer moms, to the elderly) to understand their health record and ultimately, trigger the hearts and minds of people to make positive changes concerning the matter.
