EMR Redesign for Medical Professionals
EMR version for medical professionals gives the benefit of viewing all information in one screen (tablet screen or printed page). Now using our design MD sees a full summary of diagnosis, allergy, patient attributes, medications, labs, hospitalizations, genogram, clinic visits, vital signs, significant events, notes, measurements, X-rays and MRI – all in one screen. MD can also see the dependencies and relationships between patient vital signs and medications. More than this medical charts show all historical data to identify trends, changes and discover problems. Charts could be enlarged to see the details by single click. MD can also change layout of vital signs and medication to create visual continuity between related metrics, based on patient symptoms or diagnosis. Looking into the whole picture of patient’s data, medical professional makes decisions faster and reliably.

EMR on single pager! According to the inverted pyramid, all important information is delivered on default screen. Recent LABs, current MEDs, Vital Signs - all present.
Vital Signs section rocks. They are all stacked together to enable analysis of the relations between them. MDs have confirmed it as extremely useful and practical feature (during user testing).
'All Data' charts are great for juxtaposition of current measurement and retrospective data. MDs can see anomalies or trends instantly.
All sections are movable so that MD can tailor the layout according to her needs or diagnosis specifics or both. It is true consensus when all options are possible, instead of deciding on some compromise.
This concept rocks on iPad retina screen.
