Navigating the health care system is hard enough to begin with. Stress and confusion caused by trying to understand documents and reports should simply not exist. To help patients feel more confident and at ease, the first step lies in helping them understand their health story. Key strategies in this design were to incorporate familiar design patterns, organize the information in a more more logical manner, and user simple design and typography to make the document easy to read and scan.
