For my submission, I designed a blue and white, circle-themed Medical Informational Packet to be printed out for users. A separate page covers each field of information, making the data easy to both find and understand. The packet includes statistical charts, informational graphs, and simple forms. I predominantly aimed to create a design that would present Medical Information in a clean and organized way and give users an overall more enjoyable experience while perusing their charts.
