Multiple team members

We submitted our design last night and my colleague added me as a teammate, but I'm not able to see the submission and never received a confirmation email.

We're concerned that the submission didn't go through since I didn't got any email. He did get a confirmation email, but we just wanted to make sure this is correct.

    What is the username of your teammate? I'll check to see if the submission was received.
