Very Confusing Language

I submitted a web design for this, I looked through the information listed, and no where did it explicitly say that it is a print design. It's hinted at, but not actually stated. Can I convert it and resubmit by tomorrow at 11?

    My understanding was that it's primarily targeting the web: "…the design must be ultimately implementable using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript."

    No apparently it's a printed document generated using HTML... some award winning writing would have been nice. Seems like it's been defined out in the discussions section

    Ryan / conference organizers - it'd be much appreciated if you could jump in here and clarify.. perhaps to ease minds while we await the judging to conclude.

    Hi Mark, Tony, and Ian,

    The goal of the challenge is to re-imagine the printed health record. The design for it will ultimately be implemented using HTML + CSS + JavaScript.

    So no matter which way you approached it, your entry should be great.
