Bonus Points for HTML/CSS/JS Design

Since the design is going to be implemented in HTML/CSS in the end anyway, any submissions submitted in HTML/CSS/Javascript already get bonus points, right? Just kidding :-)

  I thought someone in the discussion already said the focus of the design is the paper personal health record so that the patient can print out and keep for himself since there are already quite a few innovations around existing software solutions.
