Is It Necessary To Submit Full Sample PHR?

Hi,

I have been working on a submission which primarily includes an overview page and detailed section pages for the Problem History, Medications, and Lab Results according to the focus of the contest. These fields, together with my written presentation, depict all of the innovations proposed. Is it still necessary to submit a complete sample health record, including ALL of the fields in the sample CCD provided?
I know, the submission deadline is two days away.

    Hi Michael,

    What you've done sounds complete. You do not need to convey all the sample data. It was there to provide guidance.
