Language

I have 3 questions:
1. Can we change the language so it is more understandable....for example: "Encounters" = "Doctor Visits"?
2. Is "Plan of Care" upcoming doctor visits?
3. Does the patient check the sections s/he wants to print or s/he must print all of the pages?

    One more question: Does the doctor ever print this out and give it to the patient or does the patient always prints this out him/herself?

    Hi Tiffany,

    1. Of course! That is encouraged, if it makes understanding the record easier/better.
    2. Yes. The scheduled visits in the future.
    3. That's a possibility. Usually all the pages/section are selected.
    4. Both can print it out.
