Required Fields Clarification

Can you clarify what you mean by 'Type' for both Immunizations and Medications? My interpretation is that type of immunization refers to injectable, inhalant, etc and type of medication refers to the class of medication (antibiotic, anti-hypertensive, etc). Just want to be sure my interpretation is accurate.

Additionally, in another discussion, it was mentioned that we don't have to maintain the group of fields in each discrete section found in the requirements, correct? We can mix together certain sections? And I assume we have the flexibility to change the names of certain sections/fields as long as the information is still there, correct?

    Your interpretation of Immunizations and Medication is good for the challenge.

    Yes, you can mix together different sections. You can also change the field names.
