Vitals?

I noticed that the field summary document doesn't include height, weight, or blood pressure. Those fields do appear to be present in some of the CCD examples I've found in the wild, in the context of a Vitals section.

Seems like height/weight/bp history would be important for this document.

Also, any word on the additional examples to use for data?
