When are PHR's received?

At what point do patients receive copies of their PHR?

Does the copy the receive only contain information added since their last PHR was sent?

Who is responsible for sending the PHR to the patient?

    Hi Abel,

    Today, modern EHRs allow patients to login to a "Patient Portal" that allows them to download their personal health record.

    Very much like how you login to your Bank online and download a statement.

    The information in the record is usually all the information that the provider has on file.

    I may have missed this Ryan, but are we able to see what the current patient portal looks like? I imagine that this could be part of the solution we submit? I.e a better portal and better output (like the bank statement)
