Diff screens for diff personas?

Hi -

Are we obligated to build one universal PHR design that will be used by all of the personas described? Our team was thinking a bit about building various designs based on the persona they'd be printed for (as identified by the age of the patient, for example, or that the doctor/nurse is printing the PHR)...
